Conditions of Sale for The Lion Street Gallery
Pricing
- All prices are listed in UK pounds sterling and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept these payment methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, Bacs transfer. We don’t accept American Express.
- For custom orders, a 10 % deposit is required at the time of the order, with the balance due upon completion.
Delivery Terms
- Artwork can be picked up in person at our gallery or shipped to the buyer's address. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at the time of purchase.
- Delivery timelines will vary based on location and method of shipping; we will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase.
Returns and Refunds
- All sales are final after a period of 7 days from the date of purchase. However, if the artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days for a possible exchange or refund.
- Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable.
Warranties and Guarantees
- We guarantee that all artworks are original and created by the listed artist. All artworks will come with a Certificate of Authenticity at the time of sale.
Liabilities
- The Lion Street Gallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of any artwork. Buyers should inspect their purchases upon receipt.
Governing Law
- These conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.

The Lion Street Gallery has a small ramp at the front door, there are three connected rooms, the first, and largest, is all on one level, the other two spaces are accessed by one step and two steps respectively with handrails
